These Terms govern your use of westvectoraerialpty.site and services provided by West Vector Aerial Pty Ltd (ABN 84 697 031 959 / ACN 697 031 959). By accessing our Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (incorporating the Australian Consumer Law) and the Civil Aviation Act 1988 (Cth).
West Vector Aerial provides drone and aerial services including survey, photography, inspections, 3D mapping, agricultural services, and construction monitoring across Western Australia. The scope, fees, and deliverables for each engagement will be set out in a written service agreement or quote.
All aerial operations are conducted under our CASA Remote Operator Certificate (ReOC) in compliance with the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998 (Cth).
Fees will be specified in your quote or service agreement. All fees are in AUD and inclusive of GST where applicable. Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issue.
All drone flights are subject to CASA regulations, weather conditions, and airspace restrictions. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel flights for safety reasons without liability. Rescheduled flights will be arranged at no additional cost.
All aerial data, imagery, reports, and deliverables created during an engagement remain the intellectual property of West Vector Aerial Pty Ltd unless expressly assigned. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use deliverables for the purpose agreed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded. Consumer guarantees apply to our services.
Subject to the ACL and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party. This obligation survives termination for 3 years.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, then mediation, and ultimately the courts of Western Australia.
